How to buy and delivery: Convenience and ease of shopping at Big Smoke

How to buy?

  • Invoice payment via Kaspi number (recommended option). This method is the most popular among our customers. After placing your order, our manager will contact you to clarify all the details and issue an invoice for payment. It’s a reliable and fast way to pay for your order.
  • Payment via Kaspi QR. Another convenient payment method for customers using Kaspi. Simply scan the QR code and complete the payment. If the selected items are unavailable, we will offer you similar options.
  • Non-cash payment (for legal entities). We also offer the option of non-cash payments for legal entities. For this, we will issue an invoice according to your details. To use this method, please contact our managers.

Delivery

Once your order is confirmed by the manager, we can arrange delivery via Yandex.Delivery. This is a reliable and fast way to receive your order. Please don’t forget to provide your name or order number in the comments when arranging delivery. This will allow us to process your order faster and hand it over to the courier.

  • Entrance: The entrance is not from the yard, separate entrance near the parking lot. Access is from Karataeva Street, second barrier if you drive down, where the parking lot is located.
