The Website is intended for registered smokers and consumers of tobacco products aged 21 or over, and for employees and other persons to whom IE «VR46» has given access to the Website.

Access to and use of the Website are permitted only to persons aged 21 or over. If you are under that age, you may not register, use the Website or try to access its restricted sections.

When registering and creating an account, you may be asked to provide certain personal data, including:

  • surname, first name and patronymic;
  • date of birth;

  • all errors and technical defects will be fixed immediately;
  • the Website or the servers used will always be free of viruses and other harmful components;

  • use of outdated or incomplete information, where the Administration was not obliged to keep it up to date;
  • the user's breach of these Terms or of security requirements.

The Website is intended for personal use. Unless agreed separately, the user may not use it for business or commercial purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, IE «VR46» is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or loss of income, data, business opportunities or reputation.

If the user's culpable or unlawful actions cause a technical failure, disrupt the Website, cause damage to the Administration or lead to claims by third parties, the user must compensate the documented damage and costs in the manner and to the extent established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

11. Governing law

These Terms, the use of the Website and the relations arising from it are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Disputes and disagreements are settled by negotiation and, if no agreement can be reached, in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

12. Other material terms

IE «VR46» may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another person in the manner permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, provided the transfer does not infringe the user's legitimate rights.

If the Administration has not exercised a right, or has done so late, this is not a waiver of that right and does not prevent the Administration from exercising it later.

Each provision of these Terms stands on its own. If a court or other competent authority finds a provision unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.

These Terms do not give independent rights to third parties, unless expressly provided by law or by a separate written agreement.
